Music Industry Weekend 2010 – On the calendar!

OK Folks!    Mark it down:

The 8th Music Industry Weekend at Bosch Baha’i School

will be

21 – 24 October, 2010.

BUT WAIT! —– There’s more!

For a small additional fee, you can START THE JAMS EARLY!!!

GREAT NEWS! Jordan Rager at Bosch has offered to welcome you Wednesday evening for an early start on Thursday, jamming with your Baha’i musician colleagues BEFORE the WEEKEND Program Begins!

Now remember that Wednesday, 20 October is a Bahá’í Holy Day (Birth of the Bab) so there will be no staff at Bosch to serve you until after 10AM on Thursday, 21 Oct. But If you’d still like to arrive early, Jordan Rager himself has volunteered to check you in that evening, and give you a cabin assignment so you’ll have a warm, dry, place to sleep. You’ll be on your own for Dinner that evening and even for Breakfast on Thursday since the kitchen will be CLOSED. So plan to eat before you arrive, or plan to drive down into town to a restaurant.

Now perhaps you’re thinking, “I wonder if I could arrive about 10AM on Thursday morning and just pay a bit extra for lunch?” ABSOLUTELY!! (And I believe lunch is only $9 but check with Bosch to confirm)

I know there are several folks from last year’s glorious weekend who thought that extra jamming-time would be a great addition to the weekend. So, here’s your chance!!

Last October was so talent-packed that I cannot adequately describe the “high” I felt just being around such awesome musicians.  And the Business Boot-camp sessions, presented by our TWO Bahá’í producers, were over-flowing with important useful tips that many of us have already started to employ.

If you’re a “Baha’i-minded” musician,  performer, recording engineer, producer, of any genre, be it full-time, part-time, or spare time, and you are SERIOUS about your CRAFT and your BUSINESS, you owe it to yourself to experience Music Industry Weekend at Bosch Baha’i School!
